With over 20 years in the real estate industry, I've learned a thing or two.  I've learned that this is a profession that rewards you for the amount of effort you put into it, and rewards you equally for the amount of work you don't put into it.  I've learned that REALTORS® can be successful no matter their age, their background, their former professions or their personalities - there is room for all.  I've learned that at the heart of our profession is helping people achieve the American dream. What we do is important.  

That's why I live by the words "A rising tide raises all ships."  That if I can help just one more client or one more agent achieve their dreams, we all will benefit in some way. Be the tide!

Community Involvement

I am a lifetime resident of Cincinnati, and grew up in the adorable town of Loveland, Ohio.  Go Tigers!

I have two children that are involved in multiple sports and organizations, which keep my husband Kenny and I hopping.  My daughter is a 2019 grad of Loveland, and is currently a senior at The University of Alabama - Roll Tide.  My son is a corner back for the Loveland Tigers football team.  I am currently serving as the Loveland Athletic Boosters' Secretary, and serve on a fundraising committee for the Boosters.  I have also coached several championship Loveland teams including fastpitch softball, cheerleading, and boys soccer.

As Branch Manager, my passion is to coach my agents to become more educated REALTORS, stronger business owners, and more involved community ambassadors so that their clients can realize the dream of homeownership. Whether my agents want to sell 5, 50 or 150 houses a year, I will be there to guide, advise, and cheer them on so that they meet their goals.  I'm always looking for that next rockstar agent - find out more at joinsibcycline.com
